 The terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you from us the seller to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which you may purport to apply under any sales offer or purchase order. These terms and conditions supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties. Any amendment to the terms and conditions will only be effective if signed by a director of ASHTON MICHAEL LLC.

ASHTON MICHAEL is committed to providing you with terms and conditions of sale which are easy to understand and which are fair to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in these terms and conditions. ASHTON MICHAEL does not trade via eBay or any other auction website. We are not able to verify the authenticity or quality of any item sold on such a site under the ASHTON MICHAEL LLC branding.

CUSTOMS & DUTY:

Please note that recipients outside the US will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, this is managed on a pay on delivery basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.

PRICING POLICY:

Our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability online at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered online at ASHTONMICHAEL.COM will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our store, in some cases, our store may have different prices or promotional events at different times.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

ASHTON MICHAEL stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of its products. We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully. If you believe your item is defective or has been damaged en route, please contact our web sales team via email at customerservice@ashtonmichael.com. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the ASHTON MICHAEL website. However, we do use natural leather and because the colors you see will depend on your monitor as well as small discrepancies in natural products we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

NATURAL MATERIALS:

Our products have undergone a hand-crafted design process with natural materials. (Please take this into consideration when questioning imperfections, as we view these details as features rather than defects.) ASHTON MICHAEL reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. 

PRIVACY POLICY:

ASHTON MICHAEL respects your right to privacy. We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we gather includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We do not store your credit card information. In any circumstance ASHTON MICHAEL will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.  ASHTON MICHAEL reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime.
